Express Pawn in Grand Island is hiring a motivated and customer-focused Sales / Customer Service Representative. This role combines retail sales, customer service, and pawn transactions. We are looking for someone who is dependable, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone
• Aid customers with buying, selling, and pawning merchandise
• Clearly explain loan terms, pricing, and store policies
• Accurately process sales, payments, and pawn transactions
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and secure
• Verify customer identification and complete required paperwork
• Follow all company policies and state regulations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check, if required
