Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties.
• Answer a large volume of incoming phone calls and address the needs of those callers.
• Interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.

Requirements

• Must live in states KY, IN, SC, WV, AL, VA, MD, OH, TN or FL to qualify.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Proven time management.
• Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, accurately, & in correct priority.
• Previous customer service experience.

Pay

Salary: $16-$17 per hour

Schedule

Full Time Work Hours Or Shift: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
