Customer Service Representative

About the role

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer interactions in their Bolingbrook, IL call center.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service
• Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process orders, exchanges, and returns
• Use sales skills to recommend and upsell products
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Work a varied schedule including day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a telephone-based customer service environment
• Fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including typing at 50 WPM
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Regularly work on a computer and focus on a screen or monitor
• Excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills
• Average attendance and punctuality
• An excellent performer, delivering high-quality results consistently
• A high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
