About the role
WeatherTech Direct is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer interactions in their Bolingbrook, IL call center.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process orders, exchanges, and returns
- Use sales skills to recommend and upsell products
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Work a varied schedule including day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a telephone-based customer service environment
- Fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including typing at 50 WPM
- Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Regularly work on a computer and focus on a screen or monitor
- Excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills
- Average attendance and punctuality
- An excellent performer, delivering high-quality results consistently
- A high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
