Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to clients
• Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions
• Build rapport and relationships with clients
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations
• Reflect the corporate values and ethics of WaFd Bank, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, service, and kindness

Requirements

• High school diploma or approved equivalent
• Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills
• Organized with excellent communication skills and a personable attitude
• Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations
• Highly developed sense of integrity and strong work ethic
• Personable and outgoing; able to talk with clients and build rapport
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Technically savvy; able to use multiple computer systems and adapt to change
