Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Basic math skills, 10‑key proficiency, and keyboarding ability.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Well‑developed smartphone and digital channel skills.
• Organized with excellent communication and a personable attitude.

Experience

• Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations.

Pay

$21.00 – $24.20 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday; weekends off.
