Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
WaFd Bank is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help strengthen their community's financial health. The position offers professional growth opportunities, a supportive work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and courteous service to clients through efficient and accurate banking transactions
- Build rapport and relationships with clients
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures to comply with federal regulations
- Reflect WaFd Bank’s corporate values and ethics, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools
- Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills
- Excellent communication skills and a personable attitude
- Previous work experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations

Pay and Schedule
Hourly rate: USD $18.00/Hr. USD $19.47/Hr.
Monday through Friday work schedule with weekends off
