As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service while performing efficient and accurate banking transactions.

Responsibilities

To succeed, you will need a smile and great attitude, highly developed sense of integrity and strong work ethic, be personable and outgoing, able to talk with clients and build rapport and relationships, have great attention to detail and providing accurate service, be technically savvy, and adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or approved equivalent
• Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills
• Must be organized and display excellent communication skills and a personable attitude

Qualifications

Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations is preferred.

Skills

Technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to use multiple computer systems and adapt to change.

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $18.00/Hr or $21.03/Hr.

Schedule

This position offers a Monday through Friday work schedule with weekends off.
