Responsibilities

• Provide a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service.
• Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations.
• Reflect corporate values of integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service, and demonstrate kindness in all interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Basic math skills, 10‑key proficiency, and keyboarding ability.
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Well‑developed smartphone and digital channel skills.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Personable attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations.

Pay

USD $18.00/Hr. – USD $21.03/Hr.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work hours; weekends off.
