Inbound Customer Service Representative

Cypress Creek Financial LLC provides state licensed consumer financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identify customer needs and offer the most appropriate resource or resolution to address their needs.
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’).
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company specific procedures.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
  • Answer billing questions by talking through components of customer accounts.

Required Skills

  • Time Management Skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a requirement.
  • Computer savvy: above average working knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems is important.
  • Proficient in English/Spanish – Bilingual –preferred not necessary.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday Monday to Friday 10:30 AM – 7PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • One week day and Sunday
