About the role
Lighthouse has been a leader in the debt settlement industry since 2015, helping thousands of individuals and families find financial freedom. The role of the Inbound Customer Service Representative is to receive and handle incoming calls from enrolled clients, assisting them with their questions or needs.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identify customer needs and offer the most appropriate resource or resolution to address their needs.
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’).
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company specific procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
- Answer billing questions by talking through components of customer accounts.
Requirements
- Time Management Skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a requirement.
- Computer savvy: above average working knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems is important.
- Proficient in English/Spanish – Bilingual –preferred not necessary.
