Customer Service Representative

Consolidated Credit, a non-profit organization, is a 30-year industry leader providing financial counseling and debt management services nationwide. We work with consumers and their creditors to lower interest rates and monthly payments to help clients get out of debt faster.

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with clients and creditors via phone calls, chats, emails, and portal communication, assisting them with their questions and providing solutions to any problems they may encounter.

Responsibilities

• Process caller requests
• Help callers understand account information
• Provide issue resolution
• Send educational materials responsive to callers' needs
• Resolve all follow-up items, including issues related to delinquencies, payoffs, and refunds
• Resolve creditor and/or caller inquiries by making outbound calls
• Handle customer service issues for clients
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge and use of PC systems and MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated with a willingness to constantly improve
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize work daily
• This position is in-office

Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
