Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals. Our mission is to prioritize your pet’s health and provide excellent service, and we are looking for a personable yet professional representative to help us achieve this.
Why We Need You
- Set the tone for the practice by building and maintaining each customer's trust and confidence.
- Manage customer service functions such as greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Place outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients.
- Present and explain fees, process payments, recommend, select, and obtain products and services, and educate clients on pet care.
- Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure the facility is neat and clean, both inside and outside.
What You Will Do
- Answer questions regarding products and services, including general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
