Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Review and update client policies as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records using the client management system.
- Aid clients with claims, endorsements, and payment of premiums.
Requirements
- Maine Property & Casualty License preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications (CMS software, Microsoft Office Suite).
