Role Overview: The Operations Support Associate ensures operational accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation by auditing membership, loan, IRA, and account activities. Key Responsibilities Conduct audits of memberships, loans, and accounts to verify quality and compliance, reporting findings and exceptions.Manage title perfection and lien releases for consumer collateral loans within specified timelines.Complete branch and operational reports, including sensitive and verification reports.Process online memberships and address change requests, providing follow-up as needed. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma.2-3 years of experience in a financial services environment.Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to account opening and lending.
