Customer Service Representative

Role: Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and managing rentals using up-to-date technology. Responsibilities Include Helping customers inside and outside the store with U-Haul products and servicesUsing smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rental and inventory managementMoving, hooking up, and inspecting trucks and trailers, including checking fluid levelsAnswering questions, educating customers, and preparing rental invoicesInstalling hitches, trailer wiring, and filling propane (certification provided)Driving forklifts (certification provided) and participating in ongoing education via U-Haul University Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a good driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent Skills & Environment: Strong customer service skills, ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.), and adherence to safety precautions in a work environment involving moving parts, chemicals, or protective gear.
