Customer Service Representative

Role: Part-time retail associate responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring safety and security standards. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, process sales accurately, and handle transactions including fuel, lottery, and money orders.Facility Maintenance: Clean and inspect store environment and equipment, report safety issues, and ensure proper store condition.Merchandising: Receive deliveries, maintain stock levels, rotate inventory, and display signage.Sales & Financial Controls: Monitor inventory, cash, and sales records, report discrepancies, and control expenses.Security & Safety: Report incidents, theft, or unsafe conditions, and follow safety protocols.Administrative Tasks: Maintain shift records, assist with inventory, and attend meetings as needed. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred, retail experience desirable, ability to operate equipment, communicate effectively, perform basic math, and lift up to 50 pounds. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work in various environments is required. Work Environment: Mostly indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks, exposure to temperature extremes, noise, and the need for minimal supervision.
