Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to alarms and signals while providing exceptional customer service.
- Make outgoing calls to verify alarms and signals, dispatch authorities, and notify responsible parties.
- Document alarm handling procedures and complete alarm processing as per standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to type between 20 – 25 wpm.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
