About the role
Join Ultradent, a global name in oral health care, as a Customer Service Representative on our in-house sales team. This remote position requires attendance at live trainings at our headquarters. The shift is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of customer service calls with a focus on sales
- Cross-sell and upsell products while educating customers through inbound calls
- Provide technical support to customers on product-related questions
- Work closely with our outside sales force
Requirements
- A positive, can-do attitude with a drive to meet company sales and customer service goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer skills
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of phone sales experience is ideal
- Dental industry background is a plus
Pay
$22.25/hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
