About the role
The Customer Service Representative will utilize best practices by adding value to customers by providing excellent customer service across all components of the branch operations to include sales, vendor management and product information.
Responsibilities
- Phone contact with customers
- Scheduling customer returns
- Processing refused orders
- Resolving inbound receiving discrepancies
- Aid with vendor problems
- Cook up office billing
- Use knowledge of electrical products
- Complete sales and orders and manage payments
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Pleasant phone demeanor
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to be flexible
- Draft and respond to emails in a professional manner
