About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at our Duluth, GA site, you’ll be part of bringing humanity to business. You’ll help customers by providing answers quickly, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving their issues with a smile to create an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues

Requirements

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
• Computer experience
