Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a highly energetic, customer-focused individual to join our Member Services team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, assisting members and customers via phone and email while delivering an exceptional service experience. You will work closely with our current customers and members, providing resolutions to various issues and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality member and customer support via phone and email.
• Resolve member inquiries and issues while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Process orders, payments, and certification applications promptly and accurately.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity within customer database systems.
• Manage a high volume of inbound communications professionally.
• Support team projects and additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (a plus).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
