About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have a sincere will to deliver exceptional customer service for Cycle, RV, Commercial Truck and Equipment Trader.
Responsibilities
- Research and find a resolution to customer concerns while coordinating with internal resources
- Answer inbound calls, process emails, chats & text messages and make outbound calls to existing customers
- Work directly with consumers to provide superior customer service and support while buying and selling on company platforms
- Provide direct support for all TI products and services, including customer care, service, retention and overall satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience working with high volume inbound and outbound calls
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external customers
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze a problem in real-time and provide a solution
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
- Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
