CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Pay is $15 per hour.

About the role

Join the #1 Customer Experience Team in the Omaha Metro Area with the H+H Group as a Customer Service Representative. You will work in a fun, positive environment handling incoming phone calls, including setting reservations and general assistance for our Service Department Customers.

• Complete incoming and outgoing phone calls to confirm Customer reservations and provide service reminders.
• Update Customer information in programs.
• Assist Customers with providing past service history reports.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, and 9am-6pm (rotating shifts).
• Rotating Saturdays (every 3rd Saturday): 7am-1pm. If working a Saturday, you will work an 8am-7pm shift one day during that week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail oriented.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
