We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. Company description: many paragraphs about Teleflora. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe description of role. But we have "Job Description" section. We'll treat that as Responsibilities. We have "Qualifications" section with Education etc. We have "Working Conditions" maybe part of Requirements? Could be under Requirements. We have "Additional Information" with benefits: Thriving Wellness Community, Career Advancement Opportunities, Focused Learning and Development, Empowering Mentorship Program, Continuous Improvement Training, Building a Healthy Society, Wonderful CSRGiving Back to the Community, etc. Those are benefits. We have schedule: "You'll have the option of working a hybrid work schedule of Monday-Wednesday in the Oklahoma City office, and Thursday-Friday from home! Working remotely is a voluntary benefit and ability to work in office on Thursday and Friday is available. This role is located in Oklahoma City." So schedule: hybrid schedule Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote. Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section. Benefits: we have many benefits described. So we can include Benefits section. Skills: maybe we can include Skills from qualifications? But we have Qualifications section already. Could combine? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can decide which to include. We have About the role? Could be company description? But they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings. So we can have About the role maybe summarizing role? But we have Job Description which is responsibilities. Could treat "About the role" as a brief overview: maybe combine company description and role overview. However we must not invent filler. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include company description somewhere. Could put under About the role? But that heading expects description about the role, not company. However we could treat "About the role" as the role overview (the first paragraph after company description: "Teleflora is looking for enthusiastic candidates fill this entry-level position. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll act as the frontline contact..."). Thus we can have About the role: that paragraph. Responsibilities: from Job Description bullet list. Requirements: maybe from Working Conditions? Or we could combine Qualifications and Requirements? But we have Qualifications separate. Could treat Requirements as things like "Must be able to work extended hours (overtime as requested) to meet company deadlines Flexibility. Shift requirements may change based on department needs and company programs Holiday time off may be limited due to increased order volume". That's working conditions. Qualifications: Education etc. Skills: maybe we can list specific skills like "Strong written and oral communication skills, Ability to make decision with little direction, Strong attention to detail, Basic math skills, Ability to speak clearly in a well-modulated voice using good diction, Typing 25 WPM/ net minimum, Knowledgeable in basic computer skills". Those are skills. Could put under Skills. Benefits: from Additional Information. Schedule: hybrid schedule. We must not include Pay. We must not include empty sections. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

Skills

Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to make decisions with little direction; strong attention to detail; basic math skills; clear speech with good diction; typing 25 WPM net; basic computer proficiency.

But we already listed many of those in Qualifications; maybe we should not duplicate. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section Qualifications. But we already have Qualifications. Could drop Skills section to avoid duplication. However we need to include Skills heading only if there is real specific content not already covered. Since Qualifications already covers skills, we could omit Skills. But we have "Skills" as a possible heading; we can decide to not include it. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Now Benefits: need to list all benefits from Additional Information. Let's extract: Thriving Wellness Community: Access to top-notch medical coverage comprehensive vision and dental plans, and a 401k with match eligibility to secure your financial future and including: - 24/7 online physician consultations - virtual mental health resources - life coaching - engaging employee community groups - cash rewards for healthy habits and fitness reimbursements - library of on-demand fitness videos Career Advancement Opportunities: Unlock your potential with clear paths for career progression and internal mobility across our diverse family of brands and business units. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, region, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, protected veteran status, or other protected categories. EEO is the law - click here for more information We need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should strip that last paragraph about EEO. Also remove duplicated lines etc. We need to keep benefits: Thriving Wellness Community details, Career Advancement Opportunities, Focused Learning and Development, Empowering Mentorship Program, Continuous Improvement Training, Building a Healthy Society, Wonderful CSRGiving Back to the Community, Love Out Loud description, The Wonderful Company description (maybe part of About the role? but we already have About the role). However the company description about The Wonderful Company could be considered part of About the role or maybe we could include under About the role? But we already have About the role focusing on role. Could add a separate section "About the company"? Not in allowed headings. Could fold into About the role? Might be okay to include some company description under About the role? But the instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should not create other headings. So we need to place company description somewhere within allowed sections. Could put under About the role (mix role and company). Or we could put under Benefits? Not appropriate. Could put under Qualifications? Not. Probably best to put company description under About the role, as it's about the role and company. Thus About the role paragraph will include both the role description and company description. Let's craft About the role:
