Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide a best-in-class customer experience and represent our company in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries through incoming calls, emails, and live chat.
• Put forth ideas to develop new best practices to maximize the customer experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with the personal and stylistic differences of internal and external customers.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships.
• Research and resolve concerns to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Navigate a variety of computer programs and websites.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1+ years of customer-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is about $19.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
