KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm while addressing customer inquiries
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of service
  • Educate customers about services and promotions to enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction

SHIFT

Available shifts may include flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-focused mindset and passion for helping others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in computer applications and systems
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
