KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm while addressing customer inquiries
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of service
- Educate customers about services and promotions to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction
SHIFT
Available shifts may include flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused mindset and passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
- Proficiency in computer applications and systems
- Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
