Our Call Center Customer Service Representatives engage directly with customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues to deliver an outstanding experience. As a representative of our valued clients, you will primarily work with AT&T customers, providing support and guidance on their inquiries regarding products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm while addressing customer inquiries
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of service
• Educate customers about services and promotions to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-focused mindset and passion for helping others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
• Proficiency in computer applications and systems
• Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Schedule

Available shifts may include flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
