Customer Service Representative

Essential Functions/Duties Include The Senior Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service and support to major OEM customers, resolving inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and supportManages customer accounts and orders, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.Investigates and resolves customer complaints and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and retentionCollaborates daily with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, manufacturing plants, warehouses, purchasing, credit, and management to address customer needs and issues.Has an understanding of manufacturing and engineering requirements (Will Train) Knowledge/skills/abilities And Other Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.Bachelor of Science or Arts preferred.Minimum of two (2) years of related customer service experience required.Minimum of two (2) years of industrial experience preferred.Minimum (5) years of related experience Additional Required Qualifications Excellent customer service skillsDemonstrated organizational skillsProfessional communication skillsAbility to service customer needs in a prompt and professional manner.High degree of accuracyDependabilityDemonstrated ability to take an analytical approach to problem solving.High level of initiativeStrong ability to multi-taskAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environmentMust have a desire to learnTechnical skills are a plus
