We are currently seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) to join our team and support both our outside sales team and valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and outside sales representatives with product and service inquiries.
• Process requests related to: pricing and quotations, product availability and delivery schedules, order status updates, returns and credits, order expedites, product literature and documentation.
• Provide technical product assistance and support when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
• Work collaboratively with sales, operations, and vendor partners to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting departmental performance expectations.

Qualifications

Skills Required: Experience in customer service, sales, purchasing, or a related role within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience in industrial distribution or related industries, including: hydraulics, pneumatics, fluid power, electrical products, power transmission, motors and motion control.

Proficiency with: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, email applications, vendor pricing and business software programs.
