Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Process orders and provide accurate product/service information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Qualifications

    • Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
    • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

    Pay
