About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions. Key tasks include resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Resolve customer queries related to products and services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Update customer records accurately and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience in call centers or similar environments
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
