About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions. Key tasks include resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer queries related to products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Update customer records accurately and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in call centers or similar environments
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
