About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our support team.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Process returns and refunds according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service through phone and email
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in customer service preferred
