Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Process orders and ensure accurate billing.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate data.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Qualifications
