Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and vendors to monitor shipment movement while providing excellent customer service and administrative support
- Monitor customer shipments in storage to ensure timely updates for agents and the accounting department
- Effectively balance a large volume of tasks and emails
- Perform administrative procedures related to the customer’s relocation
- Provide accurate and complete information in computer systems
- Prioritize workload to meet required deadlines
- Provide administrative support to the customer service department
- Back up support for receptionist
- Ability to work overtime

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
