About the Role

This Customer Service Representative role operates within event management and marketing for corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. The position focuses on service resolution, ensuring decisions reflect the unique demands of this environment. The role requires maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while delivering customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer service resolution with visible checkpoints (source, owner, status, and next action) for event-related inquiries and issues.
  • Reconcile global events documentation with status tracking to ensure accuracy and traceability.
  • Coordinate case management with deadline tracking, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Review documentation and generate reports to support service representation and quality control.
  • Implement workflow management to maintain documentation quality and process compliance.
  • Apply data accuracy while managing evidence and deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning for transparency.
  • Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when resolutions depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure remote work completion meets standards for issue escalation, exception tracking, and documentation, making work secure and traceable for the next teammate.

Decision Standards

Service resolution must remain usable under the specific demands of event management and marketing. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear ownership, and repeated errors must be surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Role Fit

  • Confidently use Strive Global Events workflow tools to support customer service in an event context.
  • Prioritize data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
  • Ensure process compliance and issue escalation decisions are well-documented and contextually clear.
  • Demonstrate strong follow-up judgment, particularly when resolutions depend on external confirmations.

Pay

Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Entry-level position.
