Customer Service Representative

SpinQuest is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in the United States on a remote basis. We are building a high-growth platform that blends social gaming with creator partnerships, original games, and community-driven experiences. We’re creating next-gen sweepstakes gaming experiences that are fast, fun, and highly scalable. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play an important role in delivering a high-quality player experience by providing responsive support, resolving questions, and troubleshooting issues across accounts, purchases, redemptions, promotions, gameplay, and platform functionality. Available Positions Full-Time: 40 hours per week on an assigned schedule. Part-Time, On-Call: A minimum of 20 hours per week guaranteed, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts covering sick days, vacations, and other team coverage needs. Please indicate your preferred position when applying. What You’ll Own Provide timely, friendly, and professional support across player service channels. Troubleshoot account, purchase, redemption, promotion, gameplay, and platform-related questions using established guidelines. Review account information and transaction details using internal tools to investigate and resolve player concerns. Document player interactions, resolutions, and recurring issues accurately to support visibility and continuous improvement. Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved cases to the appropriate team members. Follow SpinQuest’s service standards, policies, and procedures to deliver a consistent, high-quality player experience. Meet service quality and performance expectations while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and professionalism. Support team coverage needs in accordance with your assigned schedule and employment arrangement. Additional Responsibilities For Part-Time, On-Call Communicate availability clearly and respond promptly to additional coverage requests. Accept or decline additional shift requests in a timely manner as team scheduling needs change. Help maintain consistent support coverage during team members’ sick days, vacations, and other absences. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of customer support experience in social gaming, sweepstakes gaming, iGaming, or another regulated environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic and professional approach to player interactions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling player concerns. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to follow established processes consistently. Reliability, flexibility, and responsiveness to scheduling and team coverage needs. Comfort learning new tools, systems, and workflows in a fast-paced environment. A dedicated home workspace that supports focused, professional work throughout scheduled shifts. Bonus Points Experience using Intercom or similar customer support platforms. Background in mobile gaming, social casino, sweepstakes gaming, or digital entertainment. Previous remote customer service experience, particularly in roles with flexible scheduling or on-call coverage. $25 - $25 an hour Benefits & Total Rewards Benefits eligibility varies by position and will be confirmed during the hiring process.
