About the role
Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company, seeks a Customer Service Representative based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves providing professional and efficient customer service to the Magnetics Sales Department and external customers, including handling all aspects of the customer service process.
Responsibilities
- Provide pricing and delivery information to customers
- Create and process customer quotations and orders in the IFS ERP system
- Sent customer confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices
- Expeditiously handle customer orders
- Resolve customer concerns
- Consult with Sales Engineers and other departments to ensure accurate order processing
- Collaborate with internal and external personnel to meet customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Up to 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and computer skills
- Preferred knowledge of an ERP system
