Customer Service Representative

About the role

You’ll be the first face customers see and the most important memory, helping them over the phone and in‑person when they have a financial need. No prior finance experience required – just bring a customer‑centric attitude and we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service both on the phone and in‑person.
• Market for new and continued customer business.
• Prepare and process loans and income tax returns.
