Customer Service Representative

Role: Member Service Representative (Account Services) Responsibilities: Handle 80-100+ calls daily, respond to member inquiries, provide information about products and services, perform transactions on various accounts, and advise members on suitable products to enhance their experience. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED, 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center, banking, collections), strong communication skills, ability to work in high-volume environments, proficient computer and data entry skills, and willingness to help others and navigate difficult conversations. Key Duties: Manage structured contact center operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support members' financial needs with professionalism and efficiency. Additional Details: Remote position within 60 miles of Jacksonville, FL, with flexible scheduling, including weekends, and training conducted remotely with onsite components. Compensation is $20.75/hr, with potential benefits such as health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.
