About the role
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, while also supporting accounting operations such as purchasing, accounts receivable/accounts payable, and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to full satisfaction, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by processing orders, tracking shipments, handling cancellations, and managing returns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and communicate recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and related documentation.
- Represent Method Flow Products professionally by upholding company values and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties, including mail distribution, file management, correspondence preparation, report generation, copying, filing, and phone system database maintenance.
- Cook and assist with catering, assist Accounting with Purchasing, AR/AP activities and special projects, and perform other assigned duties.
- Demonstrate strong time management, professionalism, adaptability, and change management skills.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors, and business partners.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A college degree is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- One to three years of administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience with engineering, manufacturing, and/or oil and gas environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based programs are required.
- The ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills is necessary.
- Excellent organization and planning skills are essential.
- Responsibility and reliability are key traits.
- Some activities may require being outside of regular business hours.
Physical Demands

- Regularly lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Exposure to moving parts and electricity that requires safety protocols.
