Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Overland Park, Kansas in a Contract to permanent capacity. This role centers on delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented support to customers, agents, and external partners by phone and through routine service interactions. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a service-first mindset while working closely with colleagues across departments to resolve questions and provide accurate information. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound customer and partner inquiries with empathy and clear communication. • Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, clarify details, and ensure issues are fully resolved. • Enter and update orders, service records, and related information accurately within company systems. • Provide guidance on products, documentation, and service processes so customers receive complete and useful information. • Collaborate with teammates and internal departments to address more complex questions and coordinate timely solutions. • Review customer needs carefully and go beyond basic answers to create a helpful, person-focused service experience. • Maintain a consistent standard of courtesy and accuracy while managing multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role. • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. • Comfortable making outbound calls for follow-up, issue resolution, and service support. • Experience with order entry or updating customer information in computer systems. • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly and confidently. • Proven ability to work effectively with a team and partner with other departments when needed. • Solid problem-solving skills with the judgment to respond appropriately to customer needs.
