Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding products, warranties, and service requests.
• Guide customers through basic troubleshooting and provide solutions to common product concerns.
• Manage customer cases in Zendesk, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Escalate complex technical issues to authorized service providers when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed customer records and case updates within the support system.
• Develop a strong understanding of residential product lines to provide knowledgeable customer support.
• Aid with additional customer service and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in a call center, office, retail, or other customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional service over the phone, through email, and via online support channels.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of customer inquiries while remaining organized, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Experience documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in a CRM or customer support platform (Zendesk experience is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot customer concerns, identify solutions, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn technical product information and confidently educate customers on products, warranties, and service processes.
