Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, account details, or order status
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Process orders, returns, or service requests as needed
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Support additional administrative or service-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service or CRM systems
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
