Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
- Aid callers with questions, service needs, and general support while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Enter orders and update customer information accurately within the appropriate systems.
- Handle both inbound and outbound phone communication to resolve issues and provide timely follow-up.
- Document customer interactions clearly so records remain complete and up to date.
- Work closely with internal teams to address requests efficiently and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain consistent call quality and productivity in a fast-paced call center environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service-focused role.
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Strong data entry and order processing skills with close attention to detail.
- Clear verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone manner.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems while assisting customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to responsive service.
- Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment.
