Customer Service Representative

About the role

Ripon Athletic, a custom manufacturer of athletic apparel, uniforms, and jackets, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its team. The CSR will handle pre-sale, order entry, and post-sale interactions, maintain product knowledge, and assist with general office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help clients throughout the pre-sale, order entry, and post-sale stages.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about product lines.
• Provide accurate and complete information to Sales Representatives and Team Dealers.
• Assist in general office duties.
• Assist the Sales Manager and Office Manager in various customer support situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A professional phone demeanor.
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer technology, including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• The ability to learn complex programs, understand new software applications, and manage multiple Internet search windows.

Benefits

• Annual compensation range: $45,000 to $60,000.
• Health and Dental Insurance package ($11,000 - $25,000 annually depending on individual/insurance needs).
• 401(k) (employer match of $.50 for every dollar employee contributes up to 6% of their wages. This amounts to $750 - $900 annual company match for newly eligible employees).
• Life insurance ($5k face value).
