Customer Service Representative

About the role

Ram Jack is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Call Center team! This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, assisting with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide professional and friendly customer service through inbound calls and written communications.
• Coordinate Appointments: Schedule and confirm sales appointments, ensuring customers receive accurate information and expectations.
• Follow-Up Support: Conduct outbound calls and send follow-up communications to prospective and existing customers regarding inquiries and leads.
• Manage CRM Data: Accurately maintain customer information, appointment details, and interactions within our customer relationship management system.
• Resolve Customer Concerns: Address inquiries and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Team Support: Follow established call center procedures and assist with additional tasks to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
