About the role
Rack Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- Process returns and refunds according to company policy
- Provide product information and assist customers with ordering
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial
