Essential Responsibilities
- Utilization of technology to support patient registration
- Routes written communications as appropriate
- Communicates with others in person, by telephone, and/or email utilizing various communication technologies
- Will receive patients and visitors and handle general inquiries
- Determines work priorities on assigned shifts
- Assist with supporting associates on new procedures and duties to be performed
- Performs other duties as assigned by Patient Access Manager or Team Lead as needed
Education
High School - Equivalent experience will be considered
