With 25 FAA-approved repair stations, 27 locations worldwide, 1,100+ employees, and over 1.2 million square feet of production/distribution facilities, PAG offers comprehensive MRO services on over 200,000 product lines. PAG supports operators in the Airline, Business and General Aviation (BGA), Military and Rotary Wing markets through its Inventory Supported Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (ISMRO®) business model.

Responsibilities

  • Phone based customer support
  • Computer based order processing
  • Complex product lists
  • Inventory management
  • Receiving and resolving customer questions and concerns
  • Maintain customer database and history
  • Produce reports

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in customer service roles
  • Previous sales support experience with direct customer contact
  • Managing support for multiple people with competing deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong listening skills with excellent organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Computer savvy – Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP type programs
  • Able to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
  • Engaging and professional presentation
  • Organized, focused, and team oriented
