Schedule

• Monday–Friday: Store open 10 AM – 6 PM
• Team hours: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: Half-day shift
• Closed on Most Federal Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Aid customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services
• Operate point-of-sale system, printers, and store equipment
• Process orders and provide product/service recommendations
• Support store promotions and marketing
• Sort and manage virtual mailbox mail
• Fingerprinting Processing

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong multitasking and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with good time management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Retail/POS software experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
